Automobiles in Germany's Town Found Smeared with Swastikas in Blood, Police State

Officers stated they were contacted by a man who noticed a car in Hanau marked with reddish substance

Roughly fifty vehicles have been smeared with what seems to be human bodily fluid in the Germany's city of Hanau in proximity to Frankfurt, police confirm police.

Vehicles, exterior walls and mailboxes were marked, occasionally with prohibited symbols, they reported in a official communication.

Law enforcement report they were contacted in the late hours on Wednesday evening, when a man observed that a vehicle in the Lamboy district of Hanau had been smeared with a reddish fluid.

The liquid had been drawn in the pattern of a banned symbol, they added.

Police then located many other marked vehicles and building exteriors in the surrounding area.

Swastikas are banned in Germany under regulations outlawing the public exhibition of Nazi-era symbols.

Officials say initial examinations show the substance was probably human blood.

"Currently there is no lead as to its source; investigators are not yet cognizant of any harm in relation with the incident," they commented.

Municipal representatives announced they were attempting "to resolve the case" and have appealed to the public for tips.

An important official commented the incident rendered him speechless and had to be solved rapidly.

"This event affects the core of Hanau and reopens the wounds of the extremist attack half a decade ago," he stated on a platform, recalling the murder of nine victims by a assailant targeting residents of foreign heritage in February 2020.
