Anthony Joshua is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-bout fight which will be broadcast live on Netflix.
British boxer Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "overpower" his opponent as the pair confronted each other to publicize the upcoming bout.
Former twice world title holder Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive mismatch - at Miami's venue on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I will injure his face and hurt his body. I'm here to prove my superiority," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to seriously aim to hurt him. That's my goal."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of such comments, a calm Joshua and social media star Paul - usually famous for his theatrics - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather criticized former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK opponent Fury - and refused a large bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Opponent
In spite of declaring he will damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to speak negatively about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he remarked.
Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
However, the novice continues to be one of boxing's greatest money-making draws, consistently making huge earnings.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a knockout win in rounds four or five and asserted he would prevent the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly being planned for two years from now.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Physical Disparity
As the two fighters engaged in the customary stare-down, with their size difference clearly visible, it drove home just how surprising this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is really proceeding.
